Great post - one thought however is the possibility of China going through the same type of reopening process that the US did... strong stimulus, pent up consumer demand, and sudden restart of economic activity. HK is a very small place and likely would be one of the focal points for reignited tourism, shopping, capital movement, etc. and so there is the possibility of a jump before an eventual dump.
